Job Title: Collections SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Collections Specialist to manage a portfolio of approximately 800 accounts. This role involves performing collection activities, account follow-up, and responding to customer inquiries via phone and email. You will be responsible for documenting account activity and maintaining accurate account records.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 800 accounts.
  • Handle approximately 40 calls per day.
  • Perform collection activities and account follow-up.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Document account activity and maintain accurate account records.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in collections, accounts receivable, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in accounting, invoicing, and cash application.
  • Knowledge of aging reports and B2B Collection with 2+ years of experience in business-to-business collection calls.
  • Strong understanding of billing, onboarding, and the contract-to-cash lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using systems such as GetPaid, Salesforce, SAP, or similar ERP/AR platforms.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous business-to-business Credit & Collections experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
