Job description

Overview
BlueWater Federal is looking for a Sr ISR SME to support the Joint Staff J6 Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Office.
The mission focuses on improving interoperability between U.S. forces, Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies, and coalition mission partners through Mission Partner Environment (MPE) assessments, interoperability analysis, testing, standards evaluation, and coalition information-sharing initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Provide senior level management of planning, preparation, research, coordination and execution of ISR-related tasks, providing analysis and expertise.
  • Develop and deliver detailed analytical reports, procedural workflow visualization products, and briefings.
  • Conduct testing activities as required.
  • Conduct internal training aligned to subject matter expertise.
  • Support sustainment efforts to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and productivity in all assigned tasks.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years supporting military operational activities; minimum 10 years ISR experience
  • Must have an active TS with SCI eligibility
  • Possess expert knowledge of DOW and national intelligence organizations, authorities, and capabilities.
  • Possess expert understanding of joint intelligence cycles.
  • Experience analyzing multi-source intelligence to assess threats, support mission planning of military operations, and support decision-making.
  • Experienced in at least five of the following ISR phases: Planning/Tasking, Collection Methods and Collection Management, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis and Production, and Dissemination.
