Overview

A 4th generation family owned company established in 1945, Pictsweet is a frozen vegetable producer with agricultural roots. We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Retail Marketing Team at the Corporate Headquarters in Bells, TN.

The Manager, Digital Marketing will join our marketing team as the online ambassador for our brand(s), designing and delivering highly impactful digital experiences. The Manager will create the social strategy, manage the retail product digital shelf portfolio; manage online presence/reputation across Pictsweet Farms and Pictsweet Foodservice website, social media platforms, run digital campaigns, and report on results. 

Responsibilities
  • Execute the brand vision across all online marketing mediums and accomplish all consumer (fan/loyalty) acquisition and engagement goals
  • Build an overall social media strategy based on the brand marketing goal
  • Oversight of all online content marketing activities, initiatives and distribution in an effort to increase specific KPIs including increased traffic, awareness, engagement, leads, customer retention and advocacy
  • Day-to-day management and ownership for all Pictsweet Farms and Pictsweet Foodservice website content, digital content, and other social media content channels as identified by Brand Management
  • Create and maintain calendars for social media posting across Meta platforms
  • Write, edit, publish and share content to build connections with the consumer
  • Collaborate with internal graphic design team to develop marketing content
  • Design campaigns that stand out, programs that communicate effectively with different audiences using the voice of the brand
  • Optimize content based on what works best on which platform, and understand SEO and how it aligns with our social program
  • Monitor user-generated content, identify influencers and create targeting strategies to spread our content to a wider audience
  • Manage online retailer syndication platforms. Knowledge of Syndigo, Walmart Retail Link and Nielsen IQ Brandbank is beneficial but not a requirement
  • Build a KPI strategy for analyzing the effectiveness of social media tactics and create reports to communicate success/learnings
  • Manage content collection policy and procedures for all brand and product marketing content created through third party affiliates
  • Champion Pictsweet's Core Values (Honesty, Hard Work, Fair Play, Perseverance and Self Reliance) with direct reports and colleagues, leading by example to motivate and inspire direct reports and cross-functional teams supporting the brand to win with consumers and customers
Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldExperience
  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience

Special Skills

  • A strong understanding of brand strategy, multichannel marketing, digital and social media tools and analytics
  • A passion for social media and an active user of Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Proficient in social media advertising, will require portfolio of past successful projects, understanding of SEO, Facebook ads, Instagram ads and all social media platforms
  • Experience running business pages and developing social campaigns across Meta platforms
  • Strong communication, written skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continuous improvement
  • Innovative and creative, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make well thought out decisions
  • Team worker - ready to work with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
