Senior Director, Digital Product & Experience

Auberge Collection

Manhattan, NY • On-site

Full-time

Posted 6 days ago

Job description

Company Description

Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, safaris, residences, and private clubs. While each property is unique, all share a crafted approach to luxury and bring the soul of the locale to life through captivating design, exceptional cuisine, innovative wellbeing, and gracious yet unobtrusive service. With 39 one-of-a-kind hotels, resorts, safaris, and residences, Auberge invites guests to create unforgettable stories in some of the world's most desirable destinations.

Job Description

At Auberge Collection, digital should feel as distinctive as our properties.

We are building a Digital Product organization to define how guests discover, experience, and build lasting relationships with our brand across every digital touchpoint. This is a rare opportunity to create the operating model, product strategy, and team that will shape the next generation of Auberge.com and the broader digital guest experience.

Reporting into the SVP, Digital & Marketing, the Senior Director, Digital Product & Experience will combine the mindset of a product leader, business operator, and builder; creating modern digital capabilities while preserving the emotion, individuality, and sense of discovery that make Auberge Collection unlike any other hospitality brand.

Success will be measured not by the number of features shipped, but by the quality of the experiences created, the organization built, and the business outcomes delivered.

  • Establish Auberge Collection's Digital Product function from the ground up. Define the operating model, governance, roadmap, prioritization approach, and product management discipline that will shape how digital experiences are imagined and delivered. Build the team over time while remaining deeply involved in execution.

  • Own product strategy for Auberge.com and the end-to-end digital guest journey; from inspiration and discovery through booking, stay, and lifelong engagement.

  • Partner across Brand, Creative, Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Properties, and Technology to bring Auberge Collection's most iconic destinations, stories, experiences, and partnerships to life digitally. Whether launching a new property, showcasing a celebrated chef, introducing a transformative wellness experience, or amplifying a world-class partnership, you will define how those moments are experienced across our website, CRM, personalization, and owned digital channels.

  • This is not simply a website role. Every campaign, property launch, partnership, and guest interaction should come together through a cohesive, multi-channel digital experience that is as thoughtful and elevated as the brand itself.

  • Lead Digital Product with an owner mindset. Build roadmaps grounded in customer insight, financial analysis, measurable ROI, and commercial impact.

  • Advance capabilities across personalization, experimentation, CRM, enterprise CDP, marketing technology, measurement, and customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion, digital revenue, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years leading Digital Product for luxury, premium consumer, travel, lifestyle, or ecommerce brands.
  • Experience building product organizations, operating models, and cross-functional governance from the ground up.
  • A track record leading large-scale digital experience transformations.
  • Deep expertise in product strategy, customer experience, experimentation, analytics, personalization, and digital commerce.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to prioritize investments based on measurable business impact.
  • The ability to influence across Brand, Marketing, Technology, Data, CRM, Commercial, Revenue, Sales, and Property teams.
  • A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.
  • A genuine curiosity about travel, culture, design, dining, wellness, hospitality, and the experiences that shape how people remember a brand.
  • Experience with an iconic luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, travel, entertainment, or experience-led consumer brand is strongly preferred.
