Corda Credit Union is seeking a Lead Collections Analyst to join our Cedar Rapids team. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Collections Team, providing leadership, guidance, training, troubleshooting, and support to improve departmental efficiency.

You'll manage delinquency and recovery efforts across consumer, credit card, mortgage, and commercial account portfolios while minimizing losses and charge-offs. You will also serve as the primary liaison with third-party vendors and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collection and recovery strategies.
