Job Summary
Capital Credit LLC is seeking a motivated and driven Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our expanding team. If you have strong communications skills, a results-oriented mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Utilize effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve recovery rates
  • Research client information and historical data on accounts
  • Communicate professionally with customers to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Make clear and concise arrangements with past due customers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and report unresolved issues to supervisors
  • Collaborate with team members and management to resolve issues with customers
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Previous experience as a Collection Specialist or in a similar position
  • Understanding of collection techniques
  • Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and computer databases
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to communicate in English and Spanish
