Responsibilities

The Porter reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms
  • Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
  • Assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units
  • Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
  • Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
  • Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions efficiently
