Your Responsibilities as a Junior Appliance Repair Service Technician:

As a Junior Appliance Repair Technician, you will assist in delivering excellent customer service through high-quality maintenance services for our customers' appliances. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Assist with Diagnoses and Repairs: Help identify and fix issues with home appliances and equipment under the guidance of senior technicians.
  • Customer Communication: Support effective communication with customers to explain the services needed.
  • Manage Parts: Help order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
  • Support Payment Collection: Assist in handling payment collection for completed work.
