  • Learn various roles and functions of Rent-2-Own
  • Assist with inventory control, merchandising, and store cleanliness
  • Create sales/marketing plans to generate sales
  • Establish plans for team and individual goals to be met
  • Develop new and professional relationships with customers and help them manage their accounts successfully
  • Maintain control during the collection process when customer's payments become late
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals
  • Provide outstanding customer service over the phone, at the counter, process customer payments, and handle customer complaints professionally
  • Hitting sales goals each week
