Job description

We are seeking a Multi-Intelligence Collection Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance w/Poly for a contract to be awarded around October 2026.
In this role, you will:
  • Provide collection management expertise/proficiency/know-how to enable collection requirements management, collection operations management, and multi-intelligence (multi-INT) collection strategies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in intelligence collection disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT) and collection requirements management databases, tools, and processes.
  • Assist with deconflicting Title 10 (Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR)) and Title 50 SIGINT mission tasking and operations.
  • Provide technical expertise/guidance/experience for the review, validation, deconfliction, and consolidation of collection requirements of the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) and USCYBERCOM Component Headquarters and Task Forces.
  • Participates in and provides collection management tradecraft knowledge, experience/expertise to enable the joint intelligence processes.

Required Education & Experience:
  • Master's degree in an area related to the labor category or a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years as a substitute for the Master's degree.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly
