WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A DISPATCH AGENT - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR DISPATCH AGENT - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
This is a full-time job, Monday through Friday, at our office. You will have a steady work schedule each week.
You will spend your day answering phone calls from customers and giving them friendly, helpful information. You will enter details into the computer and make sure service calls are sent out to the right technician. You will also do some paper filing and other simple office tasks to help keep things running smoothly. Your job is important because you help connect customers with our team and keep things organized.
