Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst (Level I) - Collateral Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial analysis, Excel, and loan documentation review and a proven ability to analyze accounts receivable and inventory collateral to support asset-based lending portfolios. Responsibilities: Perform accounts receivable and inventory analysis to support asset-based lending portfolios. Determine eligible client collateral in accordance with the Credit Agreement. Review and interpret client trends across AR, AP, and inventory collateral levels. Identify and escalate potential risk items in client loan support documentation. Communicate analysis and findings to business partners and clients. Extract, format, and upload client report data across multiple lending lines of business. Review client file submissions for completeness and assess file formats against predetermined requirements. Coordinate receipt of missing or incomplete documentation with internal servicing partners. Collaborate with internal servicing partners to ensure correct data extraction. Create and update formulas within data extraction tools used to upload client files to the analytical application. Required Skills & Qualifications: Advanced Excel proficiency, including data formatting and formula creation. Experience with loan documentation review. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills to present findings to stakeholders and clients. Preferred Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and accounting knowledge. Prior financial analysis experience in technology-enabled environments.
