Job description

Summary:
The Doc Management Collateral Analyst provides administrative support needed to manage the ordering, tracking, follow-up, and reconciliation. They also assist in the researching and obtaining of missing loan collateral documents. Job duties include communicating with document custodians, third party vendors, other servicer clients, and internal partners to assist with the collateral recovery process.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the daily request from internal partners
  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external parties
  • Review and track all daily collateral shipments third party entities and investor document custodians.
  • Confirm delivery, checked in receipt and review by the document custodians.
  • Support strategic transactions and initiatives to mitigate negative risk and financial impacts
  • Liaise with capital markets, collateral operations, custodial compliance, and all applicable operational audit teams.
  • Assist with counterparty relationships related to loan sales and servicing transfers
  • Report and analyze collateral activity for various audiences, produce reports to provide visibility on collateral status.
  • Participate in collateral project work such as for final pool exceptions or modification exceptions.
  • Assist in establishing and implementing new collateral processes if or when trends or process problems are identified.
  • Strongly proficient in Microsoft Excel, using formulas such as vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables, concatenations, and additional functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask as well as able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in the office. (Remote work is not available for this position).
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
