Position Summary:

The Product Analyst supports the Everwise product strategy by monitoring product performance, analyzing market trends, assessing the competitive landscape, and mining customer insights to inform strategic product and marketing decisions. This individual will work closely with cross functional teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and lines of business to develop and execute product strategies that align with our strategic goals and member needs.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for our products.
  • Analyze customer insights and product usage metrics to uncover actionable insights that inform product marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain product-specific metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into compelling product marketing messages, value propositions, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Inform the product roadmap and feature releases and develop marketing strategies to support product launches and updates.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Share insights to assist in the development of marketing collateral, training tools, and content that effectively communicate the value of our products to target audiences.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to contribute to strategic recommendations for product positioning and marketing tactics.
