Position Summary

The Manager, Quality and Process Control is responsible for leading quality assurance, training, process documentation, and operational readiness activities across the Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding departments. This role oversees the Quality Control and workflow Analyst teams and serves as the primary owner of departmental training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, audit reporting, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems and processes.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

The Manager ensures operational consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement by maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring quality standards, facilitating employee development, and providing oversight for projects impacting Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads the Quality Control team and oversees monthly audits of Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding functions to ensure compliance, quality, and adherence to established procedures.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training programs, training materials, SOPs, job aids, and workflow documentation for all Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding team members.
  • Analyze audit results, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and publish quality control findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with operational leaders to implement corrective actions, process improvements, and quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems, technology enhancements, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Provide project oversight and operational support for new technologies, process changes, and strategic initiatives impacting Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational consistency, employee readiness, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
  • Assist with the oversight of day-to-day Titles, Collateral and Post Funding operations as needed.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities Perform the above-referenced essential duties and responsibilities as well as assist in directing the work of employees assigned to the department by leading and overseeing their day-to-day activities and work schedules and by providing work-related guidance to Titles team in accordance with the Companys policies and procedures. Although this position shall provide the authority to lead, oversee and direct the day-to-day work of assigned employees and to report work assessments to management, it shall not provide the authority to take the following actions: hire an employee, fire an employee, promote, or demote an employee, discipline an employee in a formal manner, reassign an employee, or alter benefits of an employee. All such decisions shall be made by the responsible senior manager(s) in consultation with the Human Resources Department.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5years of experience in title administration, collateral management, post funding operations, quality control, training, or related financial services operations.
  • Minimum 3years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, training programs, quality assurance functions, or operational initiatives.
  • Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, training materials, audit programs, and operational reporting.

Education:

  • High school diploma and or/GED.

Work Schedule This is an in-office role, requiring in-office presence up to five days per week. Travel requirements are estimated at 0-25%.
