Integrated Marketing Manager

Location: Houston, TX or Dallas, TX | Full-Time | Onsite

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the execution of marketing campaigns across our growing network. This role brings together strategy, project management, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns launch on time and deliver results.

You’ll help bring major initiatives to life—from new store openings and acquisitions to competitive market campaigns and loyalty programs.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the omni-channel marketing calendar and coordinate regional and national promotions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with Operations, Digital Product, Creative, Technology, and Data Analytics.
  • Manage timelines, roadmaps, and delivery of digital, print, and on-site marketing assets.
  • Improve creative workflows between internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Develop marketing playbooks for promotions, events, new store openings, and acquisitions.
  • Coordinate hyper-local campaigns to defend existing markets from competitors.
  • Support loyalty and membership growth through targeted acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Communicate project updates, deadlines, and results to leadership.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable owning multiple projects at once. You know how to turn strategy into action and can keep teams aligned—even when you don't directly manage them.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex plans into clear, actionable priorities.
  • A data-driven mindset with an understanding of campaign performance, deadlines, and ROI.
  • Hands‑on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms, including workflows, task management, and dependencies.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in multi‑unit retail, car wash, hospitality, franchise, or other distributed business environments.
  • Experience supporting new store openings, acquisitions, or market expansion.
