We look for team members with enthusiasm and skill to help provide even better experiences and higher-quality homes for our buyers. When it comes to what sets Arbor apart among new home builders, the first answer is our culture. Rather than chasing profits and cutting corners, our team puts quality and customers first. If you are creative and committed to helping people, you will love working with us!

What's In It For You?

  • Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities
  • Advancement Opportunities
  • Exposure to Executive Leadership
  • Team Outings and Company-Sponsored Volunteer Events
  • 4 weeks of Paid Time Off!
  • Access to Health and Life Insurance, 401(k), Paid Parental Leave, Company Discounts, etc.
  • Leadership Academy - Training Programs for Professional Growth.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Strategy & Market Planning: Develop and own the marketing strategy for assigned communities - including campaign planning, market positioning, and competitive analysis. Influence sales, operations, and leadership through clear data storytelling and proactive recommendations, serving as the marketing voice for your market.
  • Analytics & Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze community-level metrics - website traffic, lead source performance, sales velocity, cancellation trends, and inventory aging - and synthesize data from the CRM, Google Analytics, and paid media dashboards into clear narratives that drive decisions. Establish and track KPIs per community, flag underperformance early, and maintain regular reporting cadences that give leadership and sales teams visibility into marketing ROI and momentum.
  • Digital Marketing & Web: Create and update website content and community descriptions, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance user experience. Identify target audiences, build and deploy email campaigns, and manage digital display content for sales office TVs via Screencloud.
  • Community Launch & Ongoing Support: Support new community and product positioning from the ground up - coordinating timelines, signage, model and sales center graphics, advertising, and collateral. Partner with the National Design team on exterior signage and interior graphics, and manage installation. Plan and execute grand openings and events for consumers and real estate agents.
  • Collateral & Creative Production Produce and maintain community collateral including spec flyers, price sheets, feature sheets, and community maps. Coordinate model and spec home photography, maintain current imagery, and arrange virtual staging as needed.
  • Vendor & Field Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party vendors including signage companies, digital advertising consultants, and model maintenance services. Conduct regular community presentation audits from the consumer's perspective - assessing signage, flags, welcome mats, and overall curb appeal integrity.

This role may require additional responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational goals.

What Will You Bring?

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment ready to adapt/pivot as priorities evolve.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, homebuilding, or a similar industry with community- or location-based marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing and sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations - comfort with metrics is essential, not optional
  • Experience managing websites including content updates, SEO basics, and basic troubleshooting; familiarity with CMS platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar platforms; experience building and presenting performance reports
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred) including list segmentation, campaign creation, and performance analysis
  • Working proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for collateral and digital content production
  • Familiarity with paid digital advertising and vendor management a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across teams without direct authority
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple communities and deadlines simultaneously

This is subject to change based on needs or if special circumstances should arrive.
