Collage Group is searching for an experienced Account Director to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a senior-level individual contributor experienced in consumer insights, market research, and SaaS platform commercialization to drive retention and expansion for F1000 consumer brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 25-40 clients, $2-3M ARR, achieving company GRR and NRR goals.
  • Develop Customer Value Plans (CVP)/account plans with Client Success Managers (CSMs), tailoring strategies to client objectives.
  • Cultivate trusted advisor status by understanding client priorities, customer segments, and organizational dynamics. Building strong relationships across our portfolio with senior executives.
  • Plan and execute quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Identify, nurture and close: upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities leveraging Collage Group's research, data analytics, and consulting services.
  • Effective at prospecting to drive cross sell and expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and technical calls to drive platform adoption.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Represent Collage Group at industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required, Masters preferred.
  • 5+ years in account management, meeting growth and retention targets.
  • 2+ years in marketing-focused SaaS, insights and market research, ideally with F1000 companies in consumer insights or martech.
  • Strong client rapport-building and communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Client-centric mindset with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills essential for success.

Target Compensation: $100k-$120k base salary/OTE $140k-$160k
