Flagstar Arthroscopic Rehabilitation LLC is looking for a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Leesburg, Virginia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping patients regain their mobility and achieve their therapeutic goals in an outpatient office setting. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-quality care, enabling patients to improve their quality of life.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient rehabilitation office, where you will engage with patients in a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art therapy equipment designed to support diverse treatment methodologies. You will work Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options between 7 am - 3 pm or 8 am - 4 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary therapy team to coordinate patient care efforts, ensuring a seamless rehabilitation experience.
  • Educate patients and their families about therapy processes, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
  • Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and care plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in Care Plan Meetings, providing insights into patient progress and teaming up with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care strategies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient office caters to a diverse population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Qualifications
  • A valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing from the state of Virginia.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and emergency preparedness.
  • A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, as some outreach may be necessary.
  • Strong commitment to clinical excellence and improving patient outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement skills essential for fostering a trusting environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or outpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.
