M365 Productivity & Collaboration (SharePoint) Architect

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

Profound knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite as a Solutions Architect, including the new service applications, such as Copilot, Clipchamp, Loop

Must have experience managing M365 licenses via Group Based Licensing (GBL) in Azure AD and managing M365 subscription license types.

Experience with SharePoint app registration and Azure AD app registration.

Extensive Data Analysis experience using M365 / Azure Reports and Excel.

Experienced with M365 tenant-level configuration changes and security settings for large Enterprise environments.

Significant hands-on experience in administering SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva Engage, Stream on SharePoint, Viva, Exchange, and Office in large M365 environments. Must have knowledge of SharePoint at an Architect Level with experience as a Microsoft Teams Administrator.

Experience with Azure portal and User Administration skills a must. Experience must include user identities and authentication: Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (AAD); nice to have experience with Azure AD Connect, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Conditional Access Policies, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and MFA.

Extensive experience in creating and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts to support administration and automation of M365 Technologies, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, M365 groups, Azure AD, & licensing.

Must have hands on experience with the Power Platform : Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Must quickly adapt and react to a rapidly changing M365 environment by understanding M365 product and services changes by Microsoft and designing an action strategy for the tenant and users.

Remain current on M365 services and capabilities, including availability, reliability, performance, operations, compliance, and security.

Experience with File Share and SharePoint Online / Teams / OneDrive migrations using different migration tools such as ShareGate and the SharePoint Migration Tool.

Must document system standards to communicate and enforce standards; must review M365 solutions and processes as part of tenant governance.

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maximize M365 functionality and user experience.

Must have worked in an Agile Scrum team and possess knowledge of Agile Scrum practices.
