Job description

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 am - 10:00 pm (16-hour shifts) Pay: $45-$55/hour

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care. In this role, you'll serve as a clinical leader-providing hands-on care, supporting staff, and ensuring our residents receive outstanding care every weekend.
What You'll Do
โ€ข Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents/patients with compassion and professionalism
โ€ข Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
โ€ข Monitor resident conditions and communicate updates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
โ€ข Develop and implement individualized patient care plans for long-term healthcare needs
โ€ข Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
โ€ข Complete clinical documentation including assessments, orders, progress notes, and medication records
โ€ข Observe and report changes in resident condition or medication reactions promptly
โ€ข Assist with emergency response situations, including CPR when necessary
โ€ข Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
โ€ข Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company clinical regulations and standards
Qualifications
โ€ข Active Washington State RN license in good standing
โ€ข Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
โ€ข Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and resident rights
โ€ข Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
โ€ข Positive attitude with a compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
โ€ข Reliable attendance and commitment to weekend scheduling

Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Current RN Licensure in the State employed.
Valid CPR Certification.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
