Job description

We’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing appointments with pre-qualified leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. Compensation:

$21 - $25 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
  • Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
  • Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of
  • Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase

What You’ll Do:

  • Follow up with inbound leads & make outbound calls
  • Qualify prospects & book appointments for agents
  • Keep notes organized in our CRM
  • Hit daily & weekly goals (calls, contacts, appointments)
  • Build rapport, handle objections, and keep leads moving

Qualifications:
  • Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process
  • One year of work experience in sales
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment (preferred but not required)

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident phone presence

  • Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close for appointments

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented—able to track follow-ups and update CRM consistently

  • Driven by goals and metrics with a “no excuses” mindset

  • Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls per day

  • Fast learner, coachable, and open to feedback

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Tech-savvy—able to quickly adapt to CRM and dialer systems

  • Availability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends
