Qualifications

Required Skills:

Equivalent to possession of a bachelor's degree, preferably with major course work in computer science.

7+ years programming experience in Information Technology.

5+ years experience developing complex, enterprise-wide applications using multiple web technologies, tools and languages.

5+ years experience with client side technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery,Ajax).

5+ years experience with relational database management systems including Oracle 12c, PL-SQL, stored procedures.

3+ years experience with server side technologies (ColdFusion 11) including the installation, design, creation, documentation, maintenance, and upgrade of ColdFusion server platform.

3+ years of experience in an n-tier or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment.

Proven experience with object oriented design and programming architectures and design patterns.

Proven track record of successfully developing complex, enterprise-wide applications.

Demonstrated experience developing well documented code and unit-testing applications.

Demonstrated experience developing systems through the full life cycle of systems design and development.

Excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to breakdown complex ideas into manageable pieces.

Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing.

Demonstrated experience adhering to project plans and schedules.

Defines activities needed to complete deliverables, provides accurate estimates and manages time to meet commitments.

Assumes complete ownership for their commitments and decisions and will work extra-effort to make up for activities which don't go as planned.
