Job Title:  ColdFusion Developer Location:  Denver, Colorado Area Type:  Hybrid; 80% -90% remote at home and 10-20% onsite. Clearance:  This job requires a Public Trust Clearance; if you do not have one you will go through the process. Work Permit:  Work Permit required for this government Contract is Green Card or US Citizen. Hours:  Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

Job Description:
Mindbank is seeking a strong ColdFusion Developer who can work directly for Mindbank on a government contract that we are prime on.
ColdFusion Developer Responsibilities:
Provide technical direction for the development f a major web application using ColdFusion web Technologies.
Work with project and user management to define requirements, estimate time and costs and prioritize features.
Mentor and assist other team members as required.
Provide technical expertise and contribute to all aspects of the design, development, testing and support of ColdFusion web applications.
Develop applications for cross browser compatibility on Microsoft and iOS platforms as well as mobile devices.
Work closely with the client and user groups to define functional requirements related to law enforcement activities, guidelines, import/export regulations and CVB Notice of Violation to facilitate widespread user acceptance.
Create application prototypes to refine requirements.
Create system technical specifications based on functional requirements.
Work closely with technical writers in the creation and modification of user manuals.
Based on functional requirements, create accurate estimates of hours necessary to complete application work.
Develop test plans, deployment guides, and provide hosting support.

ColdFusion Developer Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or similar degree with relevant technical experience.
8+ years experience developing applications using object-oriented structured programming using ColdFusion.
Experience with Java and web technologies including Spring is a plus.
Experience with MS SQL Server is a plus.
Experience with automated testing and web application deployment.
Experience with user-focused design and mobile-friendly web applications.
Experience developing websites that meet Section 508 standards. (Persons with disabilities)
Experience implementing security and privacy best practices for web applications.
Experience with Federal Information Systems Security Standards is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in developing and deploying applications in Cloud Based environments is a plus.
