Job description

Eskimo Cold Storage is seeking an adaptable, self motivated office assistant.

Qualifications:

Good phone skills, punctual, reliable, friendly, professional and courteous demeanor, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate under pressure, multitask, organization and prioritizing.

Ability to work individually AND as a team is imperative to this position.

Job Duties:

Internal Billing

Printing labels

Answering phone calls

Email

Filing

Backup assistance for Customer Service and Shipping & Receiving

Other assistance as needed, etc.

Daily traveling off site to surrounding chicken plants. (reliable transportation is a must)

This position specifically entails working with USDA related materials, and use of personal vehicle*** More details will be provided in the interview process.
