HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ORDER SELECTOR (EPJ AND TUGGER) IN LITHIA SPRINGS, GA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Order Selector to join our team in Lithia Springs, Georgia. This individual will be responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and moving products throughout the warehouse using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and tugger.The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, moving at a steady pace, and spending most of the shift on their feet. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $16/hr
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Located in Lithia Springs, Georgia

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately select products and customer orders according to pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse systems
  • Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) & tugger safely and efficiently
  • Build stable and secure pallets while maintaining product accuracy
  • Move, stage, and organize completed orders for shipment
  • Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other warehouse personnel
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Requires extensive walking and standing throughout the shift
  • Comfortable with frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products
  • Ability to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing on/off equipment
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods
  • Previous warehouse, order selecting, or distribution center experience preferred
  • Prior Cherry Picker & Reach Truck experience required
  • RF scanner or warehouse management system experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
