As a Massage Therapist, you will perform a variety of body treatments-including deep tissue, sports, pregnancy, Shiatsu, Ayurvedic, and hot/cold stone massages-while adhering to spa protocols and safety standards. You will assess guest needs, recommend appropriate therapies, maintain treatment areas, collaborate with the team, and participate in ongoing education to ensure the highest quality of service. A commitment to professional growth, guest satisfaction, and a polished, service-oriented presence is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver all massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols, rituals, and standards of excellence.
  • Demonstrate expertise in a variety of treatments, including Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Manual, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Thai, Lymphatic Drainage, Cold Stone, Sports, and Facial.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless, high-quality guest experiences.
  • Assess guest needs and provide personalized treatment and home care recommendations.
  • Maintain a warm, professional, and approachable demeanor with guests and colleagues.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professional appearance, conduct, and ethics.
  • Adhere to strict sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the spa.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Manage treatment suite inventory and complete all quality assurance documentation.

Qualifications:
