RESPONSIBILITIES

The food prep position is a vital part in how CoreLife Eatery operates, as this person makes all of our scratch made food that we serve to our guests. This position can be broken down into two positions Hot Prep and Cold Prep. These two positions are responsible for the quality and consistency of the product being prepared and served at all times. This person will be aware of and control food costs by ensuring proper product storage, rotation and portioning of ingredients. The prep area must be clean and sanitized at all times.
