On-site only in Bradenton, FL. Remote work is not available.

If you're great on the phone and want a steady schedule with real earning potential, this role is for you.

We're a 40+ year estate planning company with an established call center team. You'll call warm, interested leads and book appointments for our field representatives. No cold calling.

What you'll do
  • Call warm, pre-qualified leads interested in estate planning
  • Schedule appointments using a proven script

Requirements

What we're looking for
  • 1+ year of phone-based, call center, or customer service experience
  • Experience with direct appointment-setting or sales-closing
  • Comfortable on the phone; can follow a script, build rapport, and handle warm leads professionally
