We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Viva Wellness Center, a leading Detox Center located in Plano, Texas. This full-time position allows for remote work, enabling flexibility while you provide essential mental health support to clients. The LCSW will play a crucial role in working with individuals facing significant mental health challenges, including major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, contributing directly to their treatment and recovery.

The LCSW position is structured to facilitate a remote work environment, enabling our staff to engage with clients from the comfort of their homes while ensuring consistent and accessible care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with mental health issues.
• Implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client needs.
• Providing a range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and adapt treatment strategies.
• Assisting in crisis intervention efforts as required to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines.
• Collaborating with external services and resources to optimize client care, including advocating for access to community services.
• Identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions, implementing safety protocols as needed.
• Engaging with clients, families, and caregivers to foster open communication and trust.

Your primary focus will be on clients who present with various mental health disorders, including severe anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related conditions. Viva Wellness Center is particularly attuned to the unique challenges faced by under-served populations, and your work will be instrumental in delivering high-quality social services that address these needs holistically.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies geared toward diverse mental health populations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage clients effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional ethical guidelines and standards of practice.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Although a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is highly preferred, we welcome individuals who possess a strong dedication to community health and demonstrated experience in working within a multi-disciplinary setting. Experience with evidence-based CBT practices, crisis management, and family dynamics will be advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
