Position Overview

Viva Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role will focus on providing high-quality mental health services to diverse populations, particularly those facing significant mental health challenges. Work Environment

This position offers flexibility with a fully remote work setting, allowing our LCSW to manage their workload efficiently while ensuring optimal service delivery. The role primarily involves engaging with clients through digital communication platforms, phone calls, and virtual therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions and group counseling aimed at addressing mental health issues, including major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that align with clients’ needs, ensuring that they have access to a range of supportive services.
• Utilize evidence-based assessments to evaluate client needs, modify treatment strategies, and track therapeutic progress over time.
• Provide crisis intervention and support clients during acute distress, utilizing your knowledge of crisis management techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, exchanging information with family members and other providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
• Monitor clients’ admission, treatment progress, and discharge criteria to ensure appropriate service continuity and client empowerment throughout their care journey.
• Maintain compliance with professional ethical guidelines and the organizational code of conduct.
• Participate in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and share insights gained from client interactions.

In this critical role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges. Our focus is on providing services to under-served communities, which often entails engaging with clients from varied backgrounds who possess unique cultural, social, and emotional needs. You will be instrumental in facilitating quality, personalized care that empowers these clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.
• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Tennessee is required.
• Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities relevant to a diverse range of mental health conditions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey critical information to clients and team members.
• Strong organizational abilities allowing you to manage a dynamic caseload efficiently while maintaining detailed documentation.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, candidates with a strong foundational knowledge and demonstrated effectiveness in social work practices will also be considered. Familiarity with integrated care settings and a passion for working with vulnerable populations will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Viva Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
