Job description

Job Title: Clean Room Machine Operator (Molder) — 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift
Location: North Minneapolis, MN (On-site)
Pay: $20.25–$23.25 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-time
Screening: Background and drug test required

Overview
We’re hiring a Clean Room II Operator to run injection and transfer molding presses and related machinery to produce rubber parts that meet customer standards in a clean, quality-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain injection/transfer molding equipment

  • Inspect, wash, and pack parts to specification

  • Follow established SOPs and client specifications

  • Communicate clearly with team members and leads

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer and math skills

  • Good English communication (read/write/speak)

  • Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly

Physical Requirements
