Job description

Job Title: Hot Chop /Production Worker/ General Labor

Job Description

Candidates will be working in a production environment that produces food products, specifically around hot peppers with strong smells, and outdoors.

Responsibilities

  • Work on production lines, boxing and stacking product.
  • Load and unload product into the machine.
  • Palletize product and wrap them.
  • Handle boxes weighing 15-20 pounds, loading them on the front of the machine or stacking them on a pallet.
  • Open boxes with empty glass bottles and feed them into the production machine or grab boxes off the line and palletize them.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in Warehouse, Production, and General Labor.
  • Ability to be on feet for shifts ranging from 10-12 hours.
  • Ability to work together on a high-speed production line.
  • Ability to lift 15-20 pounds.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout the day.
  • Follow all GMP practices.

  • Comfortable working around strong smells like garlic, jalapeños, salsa, and taco sauce.

Pay and Benefits
