What you’ll do:

  • Assist in the production of Rook Coffee products while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance, organization and cleaning of mash tuns, kegs, taps, lines, drains, floors, roaster, packaging equipment, refrigerators, grinders, labeling machines, vans, etc.
  • Perform inventory and floor counts, receiving, organizing, forklift movement of product within the production facility, weighing, proportioning, delivery preparation, etc.
  • Aid in preparation, labeling, sanitizing, packaging, and fulfillment of hot and cold product lines
  • Contribute to various roastery and production housekeeping duties.
  • Assisting with merchandise organization, counts and distribution.
  • Delivering to and from store locations and roastery.

Must have great stamina and coordination. Standing, walking, reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, quick turning, heavy lifting, ladder usage, all aspects of cleaning, enduring heated conditions, enduring loud music, extensive oral communication (listening and speaking), major hand and arm usage.
