Job description

JOIN THE BIRD ROCK COFFEE ROASTERS TEAM AND MAKE GREAT COFFEE PRODUCTION HAPPEN

We are hiring a full time coffee production assistant for our Morena roasting facility to assist in the distribution, labeling, packaging and order fulfillment of our amazing specialty coffee. Pay is hourly and we are looking for an employee to work 4 - 5 days a week with 32 - 40 hours. This role is very exciting and perfect for anyone with cafe, production or specialty coffee roasting knowledge and would like to grow in this industry.  Must fit within these requirements:
-Able to work 6-8 hour shifts and stand for multiple hours during a shift.
-Monday-Friday, Sunday- Thursday : 4 - 5 days a week, 32 - 40 hours.
-Paid Holidays.
-Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs. sometimes without the assistance of others.
-Able to stay organized and self motivated.
-High level of multi-task ability.
-Passion for specialty coffee and production operations.
-Must have a positive and self motivated attitude.
-Valid drivers license. This role will require deliveries with our company vehicle.
