What the job entails:
  • Grind, flavor, and pack coffees in a variety of formats to order
  • Picking coffee and related items for invoices
  • Learn various blends and grind specifications for customer orders
  • Learn to use equipment to produce and package orders
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
The ideal Candidate will have:
  • A desire to learn about coffee including roasting, brewing techniques, flavor formulation, blending, and packaging
  • A strong work ethic
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-10 hours
  • The ability to legally work in the U.S.
