Job description

We've been roasting coffee for over 22 years in Houston, with customers all over Texas and the U.S.A. who have come to expect the highest quality coffees and top-notch service. Luckily, that's what we do best. We're a relatively small tight-knit group, and we work in a high-energy environment, so we're very picky about who we bring in to join our team.
What the job entails:
  • Grind, flavor, and pack coffees in a variety of formats to order
  • Picking coffee and related items for invoices
  • Learn various blends and grind specifications for customer orders
  • Learn to use equipment to produce and package orders
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
The ideal Candidate will have:
  • A desire to learn about coffee including roasting, brewing techniques, flavor formulation, blending, and packaging
  • A strong work ethic
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-10 hours
  • The ability to legally work in the U.S.
  • A passion for coffee
