Job description

Two Brands. One Team. Your Office Moves Every Day.

We run two of the most recognizable mobile food brands in North Alabama - Travelin' Tom's Coffee and Kona Ice - and we're hiring people who can rock both.

One day you're pulling espresso shots and building frappes out of a state-of-the-art coffee truck at a corporate campus. The next you're flipping open the Flavorwave and handing shaved ice to 400 screaming elementary schoolers at a field day. Same crew. Same paycheck. Never the same day twice.

We serve school events, sports tournaments, festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood block parties, weddings, and birthday parties. If you're energetic, dependable, and you actually like people, keep reading.

What You'll Do
  • Craft the product. Prepare and serve Travelin' Tom's signature hot, iced, and blended drinks - lattes, frappes, cold brews, teas, lemonades, and our exclusive Nitro Energy drinks - and Kona Ice's premium shaved ice. Recipes and quality standards are followed exactly, every time.

  • Deliver the experience. Greet every single customer with energy and a smile. Take orders fast and accurately. Make the line feel like part of the fun, not a wait.

  • Run the truck. Stock inventory, set up before events, break down at close. Keep the unit spotless, organized, and sanitized inside and out.

  • Handle the money. Accurately process cash and card transactions on our digital POS (Square).

  • Drive (if applicable). Safely drive and navigate our coffee trucks and Kona units to and from event locations. Training provided.

  • Represent the brand. You're the face of both companies out in the community. High energy, professionalism, and positivity - every event.

  • Close it out. Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping, stocking, and event tracking.

Benefits
  • Tips - and they add up fast at busy events. Great pay & keep all your tips!

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Cross-training on two brands - more events available to you means more hours

  • A genuinely fun environment - music, crowds, and happy customers all day

  • Advancement opportunities - we promote from within and we're growing

If you're the person who asks for more hours, steps up to cover a shift when someone's out, and wants to actually make money doing it - this is a perfect fit.
