We are seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance service industry and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining coffee equipment at client locations throughout the Chicagoland and DeKalb areas.


Key Responsibilities:
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair coffee machines and related equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance and service calls.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer care during all service visits.


Qualifications:
• Experience in the maintenance service industry preferred.
