Description
The Food & Beverage Curator serves as the ambassador of the Mirage experience, creating memorable food and beverage moments through exceptional hospitality, curated activations, and personalized service. As the primary liaison between guests and resort teams, this role oversees the food and beverage experience within Mirage, an exclusive luxury amenity for Villa guests, including breakfast offerings, happy hour, and special events. The Food & Beverage Curator fosters meaningful guest connections, promotes premium experiences, and upholds the elevated service standards of Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas.
HOW YOU'LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
  • Serve as the primary guest liaison for all Mirage food and beverage experiences.
  • Create a welcoming, engaging, and personalized experience for Villa guests.
  • Own the overall Mirage guest experience, ensuring service, presentation, ambiance, and hospitality standards are consistently maintained.
  • Oversee the guest experience during breakfast service, happy hour, grab-and-go offerings, and special events.
  • Anticipate guest needs, address service concerns, and ensure timely service recovery.
  • Create and promote activations, tastings, seasonal programming, and special events designed to enhance guest engagement.
  • Partner with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to develop innovative concepts, elevated offerings, and promotional initiatives.
  • Promote local, artisan, and seasonal food and beverage experiences that reflect the Scottsdale lifestyle.
  • Maintain knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, coffee, and emerging food and beverage trends.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations while increasing guest participation and revenue through thoughtful upselling.
  • Assist with daily outlet coverage and ensure seamless execution of service standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to a small service team through coaching, mentoring, and leading by example.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality, Food & Beverage, or guest service experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, coffee, and current food and beverage trends
  • Experience creating guest experiences, activations, special events, or promotional programming preferred.
  • Experience in a hotel, resort, private club, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
  • Professional, polished, and guest-focused with a passion for hospitality.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.

PAY RATE
  • $23 - $25 per hour
