This role will be conducted during regular business hours M-F the vast majority of the time. Occasionally, a social media presence may be needed at an evening or weekend event, in which case an alternative schedule will be provided by your manager.

Location: hybrid; primarily on-site (Rancho Cucamonga, CA), with occasional off-site work as needed to fulfill job description

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and engagement across various social media platforms. 

This role requires a passion for digital marketing, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and technical knowledge of computers and modern mobile devices. Candidates who will succeed in this position are active participants and observers of social media use and current trends.

Klatch Coffee is a family-owned and run coffee company based in Southern California and distributed worldwide. We source, roast, and brew our own coffee using our signature peak of flavor method. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Create compelling content for social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials that aligns with Klatch Coffee's goals and marketing calendar.
  1. Audience Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and analyze audience demographics to tailor content and campaigns effectively.
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  2. Brand Development:
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all marketing materials and social media channels.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain a strong brand presence online.
    • Seek out collaboration opportunities
  3. Campaign Planning and Execution:
    • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
  4. Community Engagement:
    • Foster and nurture relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates.
    • Identify and explore partnership opportunities with potential collaborators
    • Maintain relationships with collaborators who create content on our behalf

Must be able to shoot and edit video using professional software. Must be able to use MAC and Adobe

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity and expertise with social media platforms: Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok

Experience with associated tools (Hootsuite, cameras, microphones, gimbals)
