Job description

Partners Coffee is a small-batch coffee roaster in Bushwick, New York, focused on sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee. We roast daily on Probat roasters out of a bright, spacious warehouse conveniently located near public transportation, and filled with passionate people who care deeply about coffee.
We're looking for a courteous, friendly and reliable Driver to join our team. Previous delivery experience is required, as is a valid NY driver's license. You'll need to be comfortable working independently, maintain excellent communication across customers, clients, vendors, and teammates, and be available at least one day on the weekend.
This is a full-time role of 30-40 hours per week, with a mix of 6am and 8am starts. Most days are 8 hours, though some weeks follow a four-day, 10-hour shift schedule, always arranged in advance.
The majority of your day will be spent loading and delivering to our wholesale accounts and our own cafes, as well as moving stock between our warehouses. On days when routes change, you'll join our production team to help pack coffee and other items in our fulfillment center, keeping your hours consistent.
Physical requirements include driving up to 10 hours per day, lifting up to 60lbs throughout the day (with assistance for heavier items), walking the site with a hand truck, repetitive hand and wrist movements, and climbing ladders and stairs. The ability to use a pallet jack is required; a forklift license is a bonus but not essential.
Health benefits, sick pay, commuter benefits, and all the coffee you can drink are available at certain milestones. Partners Coffee is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
We look forward to meeting you.
