Job description

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Field Coordinator Senior to provide comprehensive fielding and training support to a complex Army radar program office at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role delivers hands on training across the full lifecycle of the Army's ground-based radar systems-including the AN/TPQ 50, AN/TPQ 53, and associated Foreign Military Sales variants. This position is pending contract award.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities : * Coordinate and execute pre fielding inventories for all system end items, including COEI, AAL, and BII, ensuring full accountability prior to fielding * Conduct and oversee pre fielding performance testing of radar systems to validate system functionality before hand off to gaining units * Coordinate and manage hand off procedures for all fielded systems, ensuring accurate property book updates through GCSS Army in collaboration with the Brigade PBO * Develop and deliver developmental and proficiency training for fielding teams and all PdM Radars product lines, ensuring personnel are fully prepared for fielding operations * Prepare and brief Army materiel updates to senior leaders, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders including OEMs, HQDA, FORSCOM, TCM, and PdM Radars organizations * Coordinate resources, assets, and schedules to meet fielding timelines, deliver NMIBs to gaining units, and serve as the on-site liaison and single point of contact to resolve issues during fielding operations
