COEIs often encounter challenges such as working in confined spaces, managing complex installations of telecommunications equipment, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Staying organized and following detailed installation plans helps to minimize errors and downtime. Additionally, strong communication with other technicians and project managers ensures that installations are completed efficiently and according to client specifications. Ongoing training on new equipment and industry standards also helps COEIs stay current and handle challenges more effectively.
