THE POSITION

Under the direction of the Billing Manager this role will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely billing for our customers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new initiatives to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing and carrier payments.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ย Audit and review carrier invoices for accuracy.
  • Update TMS for customer billing.
  • Contact freight carriers for missing information and problem resolution.
  • Prepare customer reports.
  • Create and be accountable for key performance metrics.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: High School Diplomaย 

Experience / Training:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsย 
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and technologyย 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesย 
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong multitasking capabilitiesย 
  • Fluent in reading, writing, typing, and speaking English; Spanish is a plus but not necessary. Licenses / Certifications: N/A
  • Technology / Equipment: Experience with Microsoft Office - especially Excel and Outlook.ย 

PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Associates degree preferred.ย
