Account Manager – (Southwest Territory)

BizLink Robotic Solutions USA is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Account Manager to spearhead our growth within the Southwest Territory. This role is the primary engine for market expansion, responsible for identifying new opportunities and managing key automation accounts. You will act as the critical link between our customers’ complex automation needs and BizLink’s innovative product/service groups. This position requires a "hunter mentality” with a dedicated approach to Client retention and creative problem-solving. Success in this role is defined by meeting forecasted sales goals and delivering world-class customer satisfaction through strategic relationship building.


Task & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales & Market Expansion

Identify & Capture: Research and develop new customer opportunities to expand into key target markets.

  • Pipeline Management: Continually generate formal/informal leads and maintain a robust sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Promotion: Actively sell all applicable BizLink products/services, including participating in marketing activities like trade shows.

2. Account Retention & Precision

Relationship Management: Maintain leadership at established sites and coordinate with local account managers for key accounts.

  • Consultative Liaison: Act as the link between customer automation needs and BizLink’s technical service groups.
  • Retention Strategy: Develop and manage specific maintenance strategies for existing organizational contacts.

3. Operational & Financial Excellence

  • Forecasting: Manage budgeted sales goals and provide monthly rolling forecasts via corporate CRM software.
  • Quote-to-Cash Support: Accurately prepare and track customer quotes, while assisting Accounts Receivable with payment collections.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support Operations, Quality Management, and Customer Service to ensure world-class satisfaction.
