We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Vibe Coding Engineer to drive AI-assisted, high-velocity software development across critical products and platforms. This role combines deep engineering expertise, architectural leadership, and people management, with a strong emphasis on prompt-driven development and AI-enabled productivity.
The ideal candidate will define best practices for leveraging AI tools in software engineering, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality systems while mentoring teams and influencing product direction.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Ownership
  • Serve as the technical lead for major features, platforms, or enterprise programs
  • Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical decision-making
  • Balance speed, quality, scalability, and security in AI-assisted delivery
  • Act as a trusted advisor to product, design, and leadership teams
AI-Assisted & Prompt-Driven Engineering
  • Define and implement best practices for AI-augmented development (Vibe Coding)
  • Design and refine advanced prompts for:
    • Generating production-ready code
    • Refactoring legacy systems
    • Creating test cases, documentation, and design artifacts
  • Establish frameworks for validating and hardening AI-generated code
  • Evaluate and onboard new AI development tools and workflows
Architecture & System Design
  • Design scalable, modular, and maintainable system architectures
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Lead architecture reviews and ensure long-term maintainability
  • Guide systems from prototype stages to enterprise-scale production
Full Stack / Platform Development
  • Lead development across:
    • Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, or Svelte
    • Backend: Node.js, Java, Python, or Go
    • APIs: REST and GraphQL
  • Oversee cloud-native deployments, integrations, and observability
  • Enable seamless integration with AI models, LLM APIs, and third-party services
Rapid Prototyping & Innovation
  • Drive rapid prototyping, MVP development, and proof-of-concept initiatives
  • Evaluate technical feasibility and accelerate product delivery cycles
  • Enable fast iteration while maintaining engineering quality
Engineering Excellence & Governance
  • Define and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and security practices
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and operational readiness
  • Drive continuous improvement and reduce technical debt
Required Skills
Core Engineering Expertise
  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one of:
    • JavaScript / TypeScript
    • Java

  • Strong understanding of:

AI & Vibe Coding Expertise
