We are seeking a proactive and versatile Manufacturing Engineer to lead process development, focusing on 5-axis CNC programming and automation implementation. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, flexibility, and precision in our high-mix, low-volume production setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize manufacturing processes for a wide variety of complex parts
  • Program and troubleshoot 5-axis CNC machines utilizing MasterCam
  • Design and implement automation solutions to enhance production flexibility and throughput
  • Collaborate with design, production, and automation teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Document machining processes, programs, and automation workflows
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Extensive experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments
  • Strong expertise in 5-axis CNC programming and operations
