Ayden Healthcare of Oregon is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Director

We are seeking a Maintenance Director to join our great team! The position requires a candidate who is organized, detail oriented, driven, and excellent with follow up. You will be responsible for inspecting equipment, maintaining systems, performing repairs, and conducting preventative maintenance. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals. Knowledge of Life Safety Code rules & regulations, and following them, is essential.
Maintenance Director Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Performing preventative maintenance.
  • Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
  • Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
  • Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
  • Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
  • Performing work related to patching, sanding, and painting.

Maintenance Director Requirements:

  • Proven maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
