Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
  • Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.
  • Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
  • Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
Qualifications:
  • Prior supervisory experience is required
  • Ability to work independently or part of a group.
  • NFPA 101 Life Safety CODE. HVAC Licensure preferred, Plumbing, and Carpentry Knowledge
