Compensation:

This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $21.10 and  $26.35.

Position Details:

The Sales Coordinator provides support to sales team members who are aligned to contractual customers. Sales Coordinators manage multiple track codes with approx. $150M in revenue. The purpose of the role is to shift non-selling activities away from our sales partners, enabling them to reallocate their time to strategic selling activities, resulting in sales growth. Sales Coordinators assist with contractual reoccurring reporting, contractual pricing coordination, track code maintenance, strategic content development, and pre/post order support. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for fostering significant business partnerships with all levels of leadership and collaborates with multiple cross functional teams to improve the customer and seller experience.

You Will:

  • Supports multiple sellers; strategic partner in managing approx. $150M in sales.
  • Provides seller support for large contract customers (such as National Accounts, Healthcare, GPOs, Channel Business, Gov't, and hold a strategic relationship with Grainger Canada National Sales Coordinators) in regard to CSP pricing, reporting, quotes, sourcing and other complex organizational tasks to drive contract implementation and execution of contracted business.
  • Practices critical thinking to actively probe to uncover unique and complex customer-requirements while creating effective solutions to execute on tasks.
  • Acts as a liaison between cross functional departments such as Quotes, Cross-Referencing, Customer Life-Cycle Project Manager, Contract Enablement Manager,
  • Contract Administration Coordinator, Sourcing, Customer Service, Financial Services, eCommerce, Technical Product Support and other supported departments.
  • Uses data to articulate customer story and/or works to address inconsistencies or-anomalies.
  • Assist in RFQs, Large Bid Pricing, and Contractual CSP
  • Assist in creation of quarterly business review reporting
  • Assist in creating and maintaining monthly, contractual, customer facing reporting
  • Assist in mass account creation and/or deactivation
  • Assist in large account list match projects; ebusiness integrations
  • Creates Track Code, manages proper alignment for account, sub and track level-Manages contractual Diversity reporting; manages entering financial information in

You Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess the technological capabilities to efficiently navigate the Grainger systems and-software packages to support customers. (SAP/SOE, MS Office (Excel, Access) MS-Outlook, SalesForce, Keepstock Dashboard, etc.)
  • Ability to influence without authority and negotiates to make sound decisions and-drive for best results while minimizing risk to the company.
  • Ability to stay with a position or plan of action until desired result is achieved or is no-longer reasonably attainable.
  • Practices agility while working in fast paced environment and leads with Continuous-Improvement mindset regarding opportunities within processes and technologies.
  • Strong proficient excel skills and ability to learn new, efficient ways to manipulate and share data.
  • Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities with agility and perform in fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong decision making, solution focused and troubleshooting skills.
  • Business acumen and knowledge of MRO industry.
